Gender Justice Agreement Signed in Indonesian Garment Factories
A gender justice agreement has been signed at two garment factories in Indonesia, aiming to eliminate gender-based violence and harassment (GBVH) in the workplace. Negotiated by four trade unions with support from international labor organizations, the agreement establishes a structured program to prevent GBVH and serves as a model for the wider garment industry.
