အလုပ်ခွင်မှာ အပြန်အလှန်ဆွေးနွေးမှုရှိတာဟာ အလုပ်ခွင်ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်လာဖို့အတွက် အခြေခံကျတဲ့ လှေကားထစ် တစ်ထစ်ပါ။ ဒီအတွက် GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Zusammenarbeit) နဲ့Tchibo တို့က မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကုန်ထုတ်နှင့် စက်မှုလက်မှုအလုပ်သမားများအဖွဲ့ချုပ် (Industrial Workers Federation of Myanmar, IWFM) နဲ့ အနီးကပ် လက်တွဲပြီး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာ အပြန်အလှန်ဆွေးနွေးညှိနှိုင်းမှုတွေ ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာစေမယ့် ၂ နှစ်တာ အားလုံးပါဝင်ဆွေးနွေးမှုစီမံကိန်း (Social Dialogue Project) ကို စတင်ဦးဆောင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒီလက်စွဲစာအုပ်ဟာ အွန်လိုင်းနဲ့ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့တဲ့ ပဋိပက္ခသင်တန်းရဲ့ ရလဒ်ပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီစာအုပ်ကို အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးပိုင်းနဲ့ အလုပ်သမားကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ အသုံးပြုခြင်းအားဖြင့် ပဋိပက္ခဆိုတာကို နားလည်လာပြီး ပဋိပက္ခမဖြစ်အောင် ကာကွယ်နိုင်ဖို့နဲ့ ‌ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ဖို့အတွက် ရည်ရွယ်ပါတယ်။
