FIT builds on internationally recognized approaches such as lean manufacturing and 5S. The methodology enables manufacturers to reach more personnel than a conventional training, whilst minimizing interference to production realities. The easy-to-use methodology makes it possible to rapidly scale for larger cohorts of trainees across multiple production facilities.

FIT Implementation guide	A detailed guideline to support the implementation of FIT- to be used in association with the Module IO- Setting Up the Factory for FIT
FIT Facilitator Manual	The Facilitator is a key role for the FIT implementation, this module covers the Facilitator role and responsibilities guideline and check list
FIT Suggested participant list	This guideline is suggesting the list of participant to involve in each of the FIT modules
FIT Indicator guide	This guideline is enlisting all the indicators which are contained in each module to support orientation on measurable to be monitored
FIT Monitoring guide	The FIT monitoring guide is designed to support the establishment of a monitoring system tracking progresses. FIT is providing online surveys to facilitate these processes.
