The Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) is an amendment to the U.S. Tariff Act of 1930 (the Tariff Act). Section 307 of the Tariff Act prohibits the importation into the United States of goods, wares, articles, and merchandise mined, produced, or manufactured wholly or in part in any foreign country by forced labor, including by forced child labor.
