The right skills for jobs are an essential prerequisite for the transition to environ- mentally sustainable and socially inclusive economies. The report identifies major gaps in and shortages of skills for green jobs, looks into the alignment between skills, environmental policies and institutional arrangements, and suggested policy response strategies and good practices.
