Supported by the German Governments’ Helpdesk on Business and Human Rights, this webinar will focus on the implementation of grievance mechanisms in global value chains. Participants will learn:
- what constitutes an effective grievance mechanism?
- how to successfully implement it along companies’ value chains?
- and how to identify and reach relevant groups of stakeholders?
In addition, amfori and the German Partnership for Sustainable Textiles (PST) will further highlight how their tools can help businesses in implementing grievance mechanisms along their value chains.
