The Chancery Lane Project (TCLP) is a collaborative initiative of international legal and industry professionals whose vision is a world where every contract enables solutions to climate change. TCLP creates new, practical contractual clauses ready to incorporate into law firm precedents and commercial agreements to deliver climate solutions.

This seminar is for:

• Fashion brands and retailers

• Garment and textile producers

• Civil society organisations with an interest in contractual solutions to climate change

This special session by experts from TCLP will show attendees how buyers can use climate aligned clauses in contracts with suppliers. Among topics covered will include how TCLP contractual clauses can result in gainsharing if suppliers meet contractual decarbonisation-related targets.
