The Fashion Industry Target Consultation is a multi-stakeholder project led by Global Fashion Agenda and the UN Environment Programme to identify and converge existing industry aligned targets to establish a holistic industry route of travel towards a net-positive fashion industry.

Global Fashion Agenda and UNEP are calling for regional input on the recently launched Fashion Industry Target Consultation, which will define holistic and concrete targets for a net-positive fashion industry according to the five priorities of the Fashion CEO Agenda.

The regional workshops are intended for different actors in the fashion value chain, such as material producers, manufacturers, brands and retailers, and other stakeholders such as NGOs and topical experts. During the workshops participants have the opportunity to provide feedback on targets that have been proposed the industry must meet, to improve environmental and social sustainability across five main areas, the sustainability priorities from the Fashion CEO Agenda: Respectful and Secure Work Environments, Better Wage Systems, Resources Stewardship, Smart Material Choices and Circular Systems. Expect an interactive session wherein all participants actively contribute their expertise and perspective.
