Migrant workers make valuable contributions to the garment and footwear industries; while many migrant works have positive migration and employment experiences, they can be vulnerable to discrimination, abuse, and exploitation, particularly during their recruitment. This event convenes a dialogue on due diligence methodologies in alignment with regulation through public-private dialogue in line with enhanced mechanisms for including migrant voice.
