2023 Textile Exchange Conference

Our annual conference brings together leaders and experts from across the fashion, textile, and apparel industry, providing a space to collaboratively explore challenges and solutions to overcoming the climate crisis. As we drive forward our vision of a global production model that gives back more than it takes from nature, the conference is a vital opportunity to facilitate alignment around best practices for a resilient future. 

This year, sessions will focus on fostering collective action and providing a platform for on-the-ground voices, while exploring the role of Textile Exchange’s tools, resources, and programs in achieving our Climate+ goals. Some of the key topics will include Textile Exchange’s unified standard system, traceability, regenerative agriculture, slow growth, deforestation, and more, with the full agenda coming soon.

Our conference features expert speakers from across the industry, leading discussions on the defining issues of today, and fostering collaboration toward innovative solutions. 

We believe that learning about responsible materials production starts in the field. Visiting farmers and producers is an essential part of understanding where fibers and materials come from, and the impact that they have on people and local ecosystems. That’s why, as part of our conference, we give attendees the opportunity to join field trips to local supply chain partners.

For the first time, we will be hosting our conference in London at the O2 InterContinental, Greenwich from Monday October 23 – Friday October 27, 2023. For those of you who can’t join us in person, we will also be providing an interactive virtual option, with more information to follow soon.
