Re-wear Clothes March

The Re-wear match is organised by the Human Rights in Fashion Centre (HRFC), a London-based not-for-profit organisation that exists to expose human rights violations in the fashion and activate sustainable and ethical practices in the fashion industry as a catalyst to solve climate and human rights issues.

OBJECTIVES

• Raise awareness about the impact of fast fashion on the environment/climate.

• Encourage people to re-wear their clothes to reduce waste and minimise its negative environment and social impact

• Highlight rights-based ethical and sustainable practices in Fashion.

• Bring Awareness to human rights violations in the fashion industry (models rights, child labor, gender based discrimination, unfair pay, indecent working conditions, modern slavery, garment workers violations, inhumane treatment, sexual violence, no pay).

• Decry human rights violations in the fashion industry.

• Promote Sustainability and Ethical practices in the fashion industry.
