OAV Textile Round Table on the occasion of the visit of the Delegation of BGMEA – Bangladesh Garment Manafacturers and Exporters Association

The Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) is one of the largest business associations in Bangladesh representing the readymade garment industry, particularly the woven garments, knitwear and sweater sub-sectors with equal importance. The association is dedicated to promote and facilitate the apparel industry through policy advocacy to the government, services to members, ensuring workers’ rights and social compliance at factories and collaborates with local and international stakeholders, including leading brands and development partners.

OAV together with German Importers (Verband der Fertigwarenimporteure e.V.) would like to cordially invite you to an exclusive Textile Round Table with H.E. Mosharraf Hossain Bhuiyan and the delegation of BGMEA. Besides Mr. Faruque Hassan, BGMEA President and Mr. Miran Ali, BGMEA Vice President, the delegation represents well-known companies including Desh Garments Ltd., Crony Fashions Ltd., Brothers Fashion Ltd., and others.

The OAV Textile Round Table will provide attending German and Bangladeshi companies a chance to network and to discuss trade and investment topics especially related to increasing requirements on sustainability and supply chain due diligence. The event will be conducted in English language.
