The fashion industry contributes significantly to the global economy, but it also has one of the largest environmental footprints. As a result, changing fashion business models is becoming the norm in the industry. The next step is to refocus structured goals on circularity and sustainability.

SDA Bocconi School of Management’s Circular Fashion Management program brings the discourse around responsible fashion into the spotlight. With this program, you will be able to:

  • Apply sustainable practices, such as responsible innovation and circularity, to a fashion organization's business model.
  • Identify platforms and technologies that facilitate sustainability in fashion.
  • Compare opportunities, challenges, and trade-offs associated with implementing circular practices in an organization.
  • Explain which specific leadership skills are required to transition an organization's business model from linear to circular.
  • Develop a plan to include consumers and stakeholders in efforts toward circularity.
