Sheila Shek is experienced sustainability leader in Environmental Affairs with demonstrated more than 15+ years working experience in Apparel and Footwear industry. She is Director of Sustainable Sourcing Environmental from adidas, based in Hong Kong. She responsible to leading and driving the decarbonization, sustainable chemical management through adidas global environmental program across global supply chain since 2020.

Besides, Sheila has been being participating and experienced in various industry collaboration, such as Zero Discharge of Hazardous Substances (ZDHC), Higg Index Facility Environmental Module (FEM) etc, which are collaborative projects involving different brands and parties in the industry.

Before joining adidas, Sheila worked in the global sustainability team of another multinational fashion brand and has been taking part in setting up environmental strategies in internal global supply chain and securing the implementation across supply chain since 2013.
