Sáng kiến CMI triển khai tại Việt nam trong 2021-2022 với 187 nhà máy tham gia là kết quả của sự hợp tác giữa dự án GIZ FABRIC Asia và các nhãn hàng thời trang như Fast Retailing, Lululemon, H&M, Decathlon, PUMA, VFC, New Balance, Columbia Sports... và Hiệp hội VITAS, LEFASO. Chuỗi hội thảo nhằm đáp ứng yêu cầu nâng cao kiến thức sát thực tế, các case studies trên các vấn đề mới và cấp thiết cho các nhà máy ngành dệt may, da giày trong lộ trình nâng cao năng lực bảo vệ môi trường.
အလုပ်ခွင်မှာ အပြန်အလှန်ဆွေးနွေးမှုရှိတာဟာ အလုပ်ခွင်ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်လာဖို့အတွက် အခြေခံကျတဲ့ လှေကားထစ် တစ်ထစ်ပါ။ ဒီအတွက် GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Zusammenarbeit) နဲ့Tchibo တို့က မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကုန်ထုတ်နှင့် စက်မှုလက်မှုအလုပ်သမားများအဖွဲ့ချုပ် (Industrial Workers Federation of Myanmar, IWFM) နဲ့ အနီးကပ် လက်တွဲပြီး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာ အပြန်အလှန်ဆွေးနွေးညှိနှိုင်းမှုတွေ ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာစေမယ့် ၂ နှစ်တာ အားလုံးပါဝင်ဆွေးနွေးမှုစီမံကိန်း (Social Dialogue Project) ကို စတင်ဦးဆောင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒီလက်စွဲစာအုပ်ဟာ အွန်လိုင်းနဲ့ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့တဲ့ ပဋိပက္ခသင်တန်းရဲ့ ရလဒ်ပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီစာအုပ်ကို အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးပိုင်းနဲ့ အလုပ်သမားကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ အသုံးပြုခြင်းအားဖြင့် ပဋိပက္ခဆိုတာကို နားလည်လာပြီး ပဋိပက္ခမဖြစ်အောင် ကာကွယ်နိုင်ဖို့နဲ့ ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ဖို့အတွက် ရည်ရွယ်ပါတယ်။
Establishing dialogue structures at the workplace is a fundamental stepping stone to achieving better working conditions. Sharing this vision, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and Tchibo initiated a joint two-year project on Social Dialogue in Myanmar in close cooperation with the Industrial Workers Federation of Myanmar (IWFM). This manual is to support the learning outcomes of the Online Conflict Training. This manual serves as a practical toolkit to help facilitators of managers and workers representatives to understand conflict, explore ways to prevent it and reflect on how they can lead in the face of conflict.

"Seth Yerng - Our Rights" The labour law app for social transformation
We released our new digital brochure for the labour law app "Seth Yerng - Our Rights"! To empower female garment workers and to improve the knowledge of their rights FABRIC Asia created the mobile application called ‘Seth Yerng – Our Rights’ for Cambodia. The app has been launched in March 2021 and it informs workers about the most important labour laws and occupational health and safety regulations in the workplace in an interactive manner.
