Vietnam Textile and Garment Association (VITAS)

The Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association (VITAS) is a member-based, independent and non-governmental umbrella association working in the field of textile and garment industry in Vietnam. The association is established on the voluntary and equal principle of organizations and individuals in the textile and garment industry.

VITAS works closely with enterprises and the government on strategies and development programme for the textile and apparel industry. VITAS effectively coordinates with ministries and development partners to mobilize foreign investment, promote export markets, support addressing trade barriers, and facilitate international trade promotion programmes to contribute positively to build Vietnam’s textile brands as “Quality, social responsibility & eco-friendly” to the global market.
