The China National Textile And Apparel Council (CNTAC)

The China National Textile And Apparel Council (CNTAC) is a National textile association. It is an integrated non-profit legal entity and acts as a self-disciplined intermediary for the industry. Its main members are associations with legal entities, which include but are not limited to the associations and guilds of textile industry. CNTAC aims to realize the shared will of its members, and organizes activities and events according to its regulations.

CNTAC abides to the constitution, the laws, and regulations of China. It insists to put forward the new type industrialization with the ‘Scientific Outlook on Development’. It builds up a self-regulatory mechanism within the sector and protects the legal rights of its members and enterprises in the industry. It also puts the Chinese industry planning into practice and acts according to the power given by the state. CNTAC proactively leads and initiates the development of the sector, and tries its best to serve for its members, the enterprises in the sector, the textile and apparel industry, and the government. CNTAC hopes to facilitate the healthy development of the Chinese textile and apparel industry and build a strong textile and apparel industry for the nation.
