RISE Digital Wages Toolkit For Factory Managers

This Toolkit is designed to support factory managers to transition from cash to digital wages, which can benefit both employers and workers, especially women. RISE Transform Financial Health program takes approx. 10 months to ensure a smooth transition from cash to digital payroll. This Toolkit describes how to manage the transition in three phases.

Phase 1

• Create a wage digitization task force team to manage the transition
• Select the Financial Service Provider
• Conduct a management meeting including worker representatives for launch of digitization
  

Phase 2

• Open worker accounts
• Train workers using RISE Transform Financial Health Training

Phase 3

• Ensure smooth payday
• Scale-up the digitization across the workforce
