NCP Live Debate: Repeat, Regain or Renegotiate? The post-COVID future of global apparel

The New Conversations Project facilitated an online debate on NCP's new paper on the future of the apparel industry: 'Repeat, Regain or Re-negotiate?' The analyses track apparel industry concentration, climate crisis impacts, automation, shifting sourcing patterns and public-vs-private regulation for three post-pandemic scenarios. Guests for the debate included Naureen Chowdhury of Laudes Foundation, Arianna Rossi who leads the ILO Better Work Research and Impact team, Cara Chacon, former VP at Patagonia, and Anannya Bhattacharjee of the Asia Floor Wage Alliance.
