Launch event of the Cambodian labour law app ‘Seth Yerng – Our Rights’

To empower garment workers by improving their knowledge of their rights the GIZ project FABRIC created a mobile application called ‘Seth Yerng – Our Rights’ for the Cambodian context, which informs the workers about the most important labour laws and occupational health and safety regulations in the workplace in an interactive manner based on a storytelling approach. The content is easy to understand, includes voice over and a wage calculator. The app is available in English and Khmer, the voice over only in Khmer. The app ‘Seth Yerng – Our Rights’ has been launched by GIZ FABRIC in March 2021 together with stakeholders from the private sector, ministries, suppliers and organisations.
