by Global Deal for Decent Work and Inclusive Growth created 2021-10-11T13:26:42+07:00
In a global economy characterised by complex and highly competitive supply chains, social dialogue can be difficult to achieve, yet offers an opportunity to find “win-win-win” solutions, since it can help deliver better working conditions, inclusive growth, stable industrial relations and shared approaches to business challenges. In this webinar, a number of experts presented and discussed the findings of “Social Dialogue in the 21st Century” – a collaborative project between Cornell Industrial and Labor Relations School’s New Conversations Project and the Strategic Partnership for Garment Supply Chain Transformation (SP), which includes Fair Wear Foundation, CNV Internationaal and Mondiaal FNV.
