Nishat N. Hamid

Ms. Nishat N. Hamid is a Director at Shasha Garments Ltd. and EOS Textile Mills Ltd.  She is also Chair, Standing Committee on Sustainability and Circularity, BGMEA. She has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, followed by MBA from The State University of New York (Buffalo), USA.

Ms. Hamid embarked on her corporate finance profession in New York from 2006. She was an internal auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP in New York as well as a consultant at International Finance Corporation (IFC) of the World Bank Group in Dhaka. Prior to working in the Big4 accounting firm, she had worked in Quality Control at United Bio chemicals Inc, New York. She also worked as a corporate banker at Citibank, N.A Dhaka and Citibank Dubai after returning from New York.
